When the landlord and the tenant reach an agreement, we prepare the contract. We stand as the main point of contact for the tenant. We make the payment of income tax that you are obliged to pay.

We take legal action on the landlord’s behalf if there is any legal matter. And we also provide the landlord with advice on any relevant legislation. We provide you with an online account that you can track monthly statements about your households.
